2013 Pricing Guide for Emily Sherman Photography

** Please keep in mind that these charges include the time I use to travel to take the pictures, the time used to edit the pictures, and the time used to deliver the photos. In some cases, it also covers the cost of props used for the photoshoot. A $25 non-refundable deposit is due within 72 hours of booking a session, and the remaining balance is due the day at the session. Your session starts at the time you book. If you are late, that takes away from your session time. Please be courteous and cancel within 24-48 hours, if you must. You are only permitted to reschedule a photoshoot one time due to personal reasons. If you reschedule a second time, you will lose your $25 deposit. After that, you can only reschedule your session if you pay another $25 deposit.**

Mini Session - $65 for a 30 minute photoshoot and a disc. $25 non-refundable deposit due at booking, $40 remaining balance due at session. Price Includes: One outfit and one location. 15 images on the disc (a total of 30 with the black and white copies)

Full session - $90 for a 1 hour photoshoot and a disc. $25 non-refundable deposit due at booking, $65 remaining balance due at session. Price Includes: Two outfits and one location. 30 images on the disc (a total of 60 with the black and white copies)

Additional Hours - You may purchase additional hours of photography for $40 an hour after the initial $90 for a one hour photo shoot. With additional hours (more than one) your photoshoot can have unlimited locations and outfit changes. Each additional hour added will increase the number of images on your disc by 20.

Special Packages:

Senior Session - $120 for 1.5 hour session with full disc of all poses. $25 non-refundable deposit due at booking, $95 remaining balance due at session. Unlimited outfits, two locations. Extra hours $25/hr.

Newborn Session - $150 for up to a 3 hour session with disc of images. $25 non-refundable deposit due at booking, $125 remaining balance due at session. Unlimited outfits, one location.

Event Photography - $25 an hour. Two-hour minimum. Pictures returned on a disc with light editing at no additional cost. (Note: events are considered birthday parties, family reunions, etc. I will take candid snapshots to photo document your special event. No posed images or props used).

Baby’s First Year Packages:

Package A - $450 [1 hour Maternity Session with disc, 3+ hour Newborn Session with disc, 3 Mini Sessions with discs (one at 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months), and 1 hour First Birthday/Cake Smash Session] ($525 Value. Savings of $75. $150 due when booking maternity session, Remaining balance due at newborn session.)

Package B – $350 [1 hour Maternity Session with disc, 3+ hour Newborn Session with disc, Mini Session at 6 months with disc, and 1 hour First Birthday/Cake Smash Session] ($420 Value. Savings of $70. $150 due when booking maternity session, Remaining balance due at newborn session.)
